All packages will be shipped Priority via USPS within 3-5 business days.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please follow up with the United States Postal Service. Krystal Clear is not responsible for package(s) that show completed delivery.  

Krystal Clear is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or an incorrect shipping address (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).
